La Asociación de Científicos Españoles en el Sur de Africa (ACESDA) es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que tiene como objetivo difundir investigaciones de excelente calidad y facilitar oportunidades de colaboración que contribuyan al enriquecimiento cultural y al avance del conocimiento de las sociedades de España y los países del África austral.

I Premio Fernando Albericio al mejor artículo científico publicado por un investigador español en el Sur de África
Summary
Entendiendo como algunos de sus objetivos fundacionales prioritarios la difusión, visibilidad y prestigio internacionales de las investigaciones realizadas por personas de nacionalidad española en el Sur de África, la Asociación de Científicos Españoles del Sur de África (ACE Sur de África), en colaboración con las Embajadas de España en la región, convoca la Primera Edición del Premio Fernando Albericio al mejor artículo científico publicado por un investigador español en el Sur de África durante el año 2023.
El premio consistirá en una dotación económica de 100 EUROS junto con el pago de los gastos locales derivados de la asistencia al Foro de Investigación España – Sur de África 2024 a fin de aumentar la visibilidad del trabajo de investigación premiado.

ACE Sur de Africa is committed to boosting the career perspectives of early-career Spanish researchers in the Southern African region and those of southern African researchers who have developed ties with Spain. To achieve this goal, the ACE Sur de Africa-frA Early-Career Talent Alkebulan Award 2023 aims to recognise the extraordinary research trajectory of both an early career ACE Sur de Africa associate and an early-career researcher from Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe.

ACE Sur de Africa - FRA Visiting Lecturers Grants
ACE Sur de Africa is committed to boosting relations between Spanish and Southern African tertiary institutions so they can exchange both students and staff members, initiate high-quality research projects, and consolidate existing relations that have been productive in the recent past. To achieve this goal, the ACE Sur de Africa – FRA Visiting Lecturers Grants Program is intended for three Faculty members of Universities or Research institutions located in Spain to visit Universities or Research institutions in Angola, Botswana, Comores, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
